Who is CALM?<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) take a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling hopeless, standing up to stereotypes and standing together to show life is always worth living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can CALM help?<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

CALM’s helpline, live chat and WhatsApp chat are open from 5pm to midnight every day, offering practical suggestions for all of life’s problems – whether that’s anxiety, relationship concerns, health worries, money worries or suicidal thoughts. Staff answer a call every 59 seconds – they listen, talk and help people struggling with life to make a plan so they can begin to look to the future. Helpline and live chat are for everyone over the age of 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CALM guides are available on their website covering topics like anxiety, addiction, relationship breakdowns, financial stress and work problems.<\/p>\n\n\n
