Who is Carers Trust? <\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Carers Trust works to transform the lives of unpaid carers. It partners with its network of local carer organisations to provide funding and support, deliver innovative and evidence-based programmes and raise awareness and influence policy. Carers Trust’s vision is that unpaid carers are heard and valued, with access to support, advice and resources to enable them to live fulfilled lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can Carers Trust help?<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Carers Trust runs a network of local carer organisations in England, Scotland and Wales. They offer information, advice, practical support and\/or care in the home to unpaid carers of all ages. Many of these local carer organisations in our Network have dedicated services for young carers and young adult carers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carers Trust offers a wide range of resources and information for anyone who works with unpaid carers. Find out about financial support for you and the person you care for including benefits and grants, support to keep you, and the person you care for, healthy and support with getting out and about.<\/p>\n\n\n
