Who is Citizens Advice?<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Citizens Advice are a national charity and a network of independent local charities who offer confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do Citizens Advice help?<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Find your local Citizens Advice where trained volunteers and specialist caseworkers can advise you on a wide range of topics from benefits, debt, housing and family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many local Citizens Advice services also provide help with Universal Credit applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They also give advice on consumer rights through a consumer helpline, support witnesses in courts through the Witness Service and give pension guidance to people aged over 50.<\/p>\n\n\n
