There are more than 100 local Minds across England and Wales, offering specialised support and care based on the needs of their communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Side by Side is an online community, moderated by the team at Mind, where anyone over the age of 18 can connect with and get extra support from others with shared experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n
