Who are Sibs? <\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sibs exists to support people who grow up with or have grown up with a disabled brother or sister. It is the only UK charity representing the needs of over half a million young siblings and over one and a half million adult siblings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can Sibs help? <\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the Sibs website, young siblings can get information about disability and conditions, and tips for enjoying life and dealing with feelings, and get help from our team with sibling issues at home and at school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For adult siblings, Sibs provide email support, peer support groups, online guides and workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n
