About the programme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Providing full-time care for a loved one who is disabled or has a serious illness can be physically and emotionally demanding. The Worcestershire Carer Support programme can help by providing a £420 cash grant for items or services to make caring easier, or to give you a break so you can rest and recharge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
