Bring people together for the chance to connect and have a well-earned rest or chat. Put the kettle on and take a moment to raise vital funds for families raising disable children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turn your break into theirs. What your brew could do:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

£25 could pay for a disabled child to attend an inclusive Saturday morning coding club, giving stretched parents an hour’s break.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- £50 could go towards play equipment for a seriously ill child, giving them quality garden time and a break from being indoors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

  Invite your street<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  Show that you’re the heart of the community by inviting neighbours and friends’ round to yours for a brew. Ask for donations in return for drinks and sweet treats. You can even ask them to bake a cake beforehand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
  Bake swap!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  Choose your best bakers and get tasting. Everyone bakes a cake and gathers. Charge a one-off donation and taste everyone’s bakes…you can even make it into a competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
  Breaks at work<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  Invite your colleagues to take a ‘brew and a break’ at work once a month. Take it in turns to organise a monthly break at work that encourages donations for snacks. Everyone needs a break from the desk, just make sure it’s a tasty one! Cakes left over? Tour them round the office and offer your very own takeaway treat service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
