Purpose of the job<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
To support the growth of community fundraising income through targeted local engagement, supporter recruitment and volunteer involvement. This role helps raise awareness of Family Fund within targeted communities, driving regional fundraising income through events, partnerships, and creative initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Duties and responsibilities<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Community Fundraising:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Maintain excellent supporter stewardship, encouraging repeat fundraising and deeper involvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
  Volunteering:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Assist with the recruitment and coordination of regional fundraising volunteers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  Support volunteers to deliver local fundraising events and activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  Contribute local knowledge and ideas to the wider volunteering strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  Help create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all volunteers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
  Processes and Procedures<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Maintain accurate records of supporter and volunteer activity using the CRM system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  Provide regular reports, updates and input for forecasting as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  Ensure all fundraising is compliant with the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Practice and relevant legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
