This winter, families raising disabled or seriously ill children are facing some incredibly tough choices. Many are telling us they’re juggling rising costs, increasing worry, and the daily pressures of caring. That’s why we’re launching One Good Day<\/a> — a campaign that shows how even a single moment of joy, calm or connection can help change everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the heart of the campaign is a short film<\/a> sharing the story of Daniel, his mum Esther, dad Charles and brother David. For years, medical appointments and money worries meant they rarely had the chance to spend proper time together. Their One Good Day — a simple, happy trip to the zoo — became a moment they will always treasure.
