When applying, please include as much information as possible about the type of break you’d like as a family and the difference it will make to the child or young person you’re applying for.<\/p>\n\n\n
Please note that you cannot apply for a grant for breaks that you’ve already booked.
If you live in England and you are awarded a grant through the Support for Families with Disabled Children programme, you must take your break at a time when your child is not required to be at school. <\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
