A full copy of the latest Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or similar Individual Education Plan (IEP) or school support plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Report detailing the education support provided to help with your child’s additional learning needs, such as an Independent Development Plan (IDP) or Statement of Special Educational Needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

A report detailing the education support provided to help with your child’s additional support for learning needs, such as a copy of an Additional Support Plan (ASP), Personal Learning Plan (PLP) or GIRFEC<\/li>\n\n\n\n

A report detailing the education support provided to help with your child’s special educational needs, such as a Statement of Special Educational Needs or an Individual Education Plan (IEP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n

A supporting letter from a Teacher, SEN staff member, Key worker or Portage team<\/li>\n\n\n\n

How do I apply?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Applying through our online application form is the quickest and easiest way to make an application. Online applications also take less time to process, so you may receive your grant decision more quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please note that you will only be able to access the online application form when there is grant funding available for the country where you live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n Get started\n <\/a>\n\n\n\n
If you’re not able to apply online, you can download an application pack<\/a> to print, complete, and post back to us.

If you are unable to print the form at home, you can request an application pack<\/a> to be posted to you. You should receive this within 10 working days. Please note that it costs Family Fund more than £1 for every pack that is printed and posted, so please check your eligibility<\/a> carefully before you request one.

If you are submitting an application for more than one child, you’ll also need to complete additional child form<\/a> (one per sibling you wish to include in your application).

Please note that we are currently closed to applications in Wales, so requests from families for paper application forms will be kept on hold. Information about future arrangements will be provided on our website in due course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Families living in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland can request a paper application pack as usual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
