When you are awarded a family break grant with Butlin’s you will get an award letter in the post. You can then phone their team to check availability for dates, ask any questions about how to tailor your break to your family and make a booking, on 0330 102 5290<\/a>*. When you call, let them know you have a grant through Family Fund and they’ll ask a couple of questions to verify who you are. Their opening hours are Monday to Sunday, 9:00am to 9:00pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can use part, or all, of your grant award towards your break. You can also use up to £100 of your grant on Butlin’s vouchers to spend at one of their resorts (in the shops, restaurants or bars at the resort). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that your family break must include your child’s main carer and the child you applied for. Additional family members and\/or carers can also be included in the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
